Before you send your enquiry.
Will I get an instant fixed price?
The enquiry prepares the right information for a quote. The existing installation, equipment and access affect the scope. Some work needs an assessment or investigation before the price can be confirmed.
Back to your enquiryCan I change a choice or add photographs?
Use Back to change an answer before sending your request. If you have photographs, plans or a report, mention them in your message and Max can arrange how to receive them. Only take photos from a safe position and leave electrical covers in place.
Back to your enquiryWhat happens after I finish?
Review your details and select the send button. Your request is emailed directly to PB Electrical, with a copy to the website enquiry contact. You will see a confirmation on this page. Max can then discuss the scope, availability and next step.
Back to your enquiryDo I have to know which electrical service I need?
No. Choose “Something else / I’m not sure” and describe what has happened or what you want to change. You can include the property type, affected room and any relevant deadline. Max can discuss whether an investigation, inspection or installation quotation is the appropriate starting point.
Back to your enquiryDoes sending an electrical enquiry book an appointment?
No. The enquiry starts a discussion about the job. Scope, price or assessment charges, availability and access need to be agreed before a visit is confirmed. Include dates that matter to you, but do not assume a preferred date has been reserved by preparing or emailing the form.
